AWS Certifications

The AWS Certification Path is a series of certifications offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) that validate an individual’s knowledge and expertise in AWS technologies. The certification path is designed to help professionals gain the skills and knowledge necessary to design, deploy, and manage AWS solutions.

Here is an overview of the AWS Certification Path, along with examples of each certification:

  1. Foundational Level Certification
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner: This certification is designed for individuals who have a basic understanding of AWS and its services. It validates the individual’s knowledge of cloud computing, AWS core services, and AWS architecture.
  1. Associate Level Certifications
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate: This certification validates an individual’s ability to design and deploy scalable and fault-tolerant systems on AWS. It covers AWS architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • AWS Certified Developer – Associate: This certification validates an individual’s ability to develop, deploy, and debug cloud-based applications on AWS. It covers AWS core services, security, and deployment models.
  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate: This certification validates an individual’s ability to deploy, manage, and operate systems on AWS. It covers AWS operations, security, and compliance.
  1. Professional Level Certifications
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional: This certification validates an individual’s ability to design and deploy advanced AWS solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure. It covers advanced AWS services, multi-tier architecture, and high availability.
